The In-Home Sales Consultant role involves meeting with homeowners to assess their flooring needs and recommending suitable solutions, all while building a customer base through networking and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to assess their flooring needs and wants
Recommend and sell flooring solutions that best fit customer needs and budget
Build and manage a customer base through networking
Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the flooring project
Work both independently and collaboratively without micromanagement

Qualification

Required

3+ years' experience as a sales specialist for In-Home/Outside sales
Knowledge of home improvements - flooring experience
Proven experience building and managing a $1M+ book of business
A 'hunter' with a competitive nature with a drive to succeed
Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
Comfortable with technology
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Self-Motivated - ability to work both independently and collaboratively - will NOT be micromanaged!
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Possess values of integrity and honesty
Coachable
Ability to speak publicly with confidence
Schedule availability to run appointments on evenings and weekends
Valid VA driver's license
