Responsibilities
Identify qualified candidates using the applicant tracking system, job boards, and professional associations. Collaborate with staffing agencies and hiring managers to fill sales positions and support project-driven hiring needs
Review and screen candidate application materials, including cover letters, resumes, applications, recommendation letters, and work samples. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess whether candidates meet required skills and qualifications
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the creation of job requisitions. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
Complete pre-employment coordination tasks such as scheduling interviews and travel, initiating background checks, arranging assessments, preparing new hire documentation, and assisting with orientation logistics
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Minimum of 1 year of Workday experience
Preferred
Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred
Experience using multiple applicant tracking systems and various job boards
Proficiency with Google Sheets
Strong negotiation skills
Sales recruiting experience preferred
