Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to functional expert for SyteLine/CSI across key business areas
Partner with stakeholders to evaluate processes, uncover gaps, and define system solutions
Convert business needs into clear functional documentation and system configurations
Lead testing efforts, including UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation
Investigate functional issues, determine root cause, and coordinate resolution with technical teams or vendors
Support system deployments, upgrades, and post-release stabilization
Maintain system setup, parameters, and master data while following governance standards
Create user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures
Drive continuous improvement by recommending process and system enhancements
Collaborate with IT teams on reporting needs, integrations, and downstream impacts

Required

5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a functional or business systems role
Hands-on experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine
Solid understanding of manufacturing and enterprise business processes
Experience gathering requirements and leading structured testing efforts
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple initiatives
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Availability to support after-hours work as needed
