Senior Procurement Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and enforce governance processes, policies, and standards to ensure compliance across global spend
Provide procurement support to ensure compliance with related policies and work processes, including trade compliance, conflict mineral, and other related requirements
Support regulatory, trade & sustainability compliance measures including data collection and accuracy review
Lead tariff-related activities, including country of origin data collection, maintenance, and analysis to ensure accuracy of data
Monitor Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and regulatory developments; communicate impacts and create contingency strategies
Provide training and guidance to procurement teams and stakeholders on ESG requirements
Collaborate with legal, regulatory, sustainability, and other subject matter experts to align ESG strategies across business units
Collaborate, build, and foster relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams across multiple business units/divisions, including legal, IT, finance, sustainability and regulatory leaders as well as other subject matter experts, related to ESG requirements
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks related to compliance, ESG, sustainability and regulatory changes
Develop proactive strategies to reduce exposure and ensure business continuity
Monitor global trade and regulatory developments and communicate changes and timelines to affected stakeholders
Supports the evaluation of new and existing suppliers
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs without compromising compliance
Support raw material supply chain and logistical initiatives aimed at improving service and efficiency
Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and solutions to meet evolving business needs
Identify and optimize utilization of global trade tools to assist the procurement team to identify saving opportunities and/or explore new markets
Qualification
Required
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
Must have a bachelor's degree or higher
Must have at least four (4) years of Procurement/Sourcing, Trade Compliance, Technical, Operations, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain
Preferred
Have at least six (6) years of Procurement/Sourcing, Trade Compliance, Technical, Operations, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain
Have experience in global trade regulations, tariffs & duties, and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG)
Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook)
Have experience using Tableau
Have project management experience and Process improvement experience
