Responsibilities
Develop and manage technical requirements, specifications, and verification activities throughout the product lifecycle
Interpret and apply applicable government regulations, safety standards, and certification requirements
Lead component and propellant design, analysis, and manufacturing support activities
Plan, execute, and analyze development and qualification testing programs
Prepare, document, and communicate test plans, procedures, and technical reports
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the development and qualification of energetic or pyrotechnic components
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering, science, or technical discipline
Strong understanding of Requirements Verification and Validation processes
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong written communication skills with experience preparing technical documentation
Familiarity with ammunition and explosive certification processes and standards
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
