The Procurement Intern will support the Purchasing/Procurement team in sourcing activities, supplier management, and operational purchasing tasks, gaining hands-on experience with procurement processes and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities
Assist with creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders
Support supplier onboarding, communication, and documentation updates
Help evaluate vendor quotes, pricing, and lead times to support sourcing decisions
Conduct market research on materials, suppliers, and industry trends
Analyze spend data and help identify cost‑saving opportunities
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and compliance documentation
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, engineering, etc.) to understand purchasing needs
Assist with inventory monitoring and follow up on order status or delivery issues
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
