Responsibilities
Working with and understanding system integrations including data integration, data controls, data normalization, and data quality improvement
Assisting with key projects related to the implementation a new client lifecycle management platform – including the migration of data from the existing system(s) to the new system and identifying cases where multiple client records can be merged into a single client record to be used by the new platform
Analyzing current program data to identify areas for data normalization efforts to standardize the data that is currently captured
Analyzing current program data and system integrations to identify areas for improved data input controls based on downstream system data expectations
Testing system functionality, including data integration, for various projects
Improving data-related program documentation
Working closely with internal key stakeholders, project teams, and cross-functional teams on assigned projects and initiatives
Support the development and maintenance of key program reports, metrics, and dashboards
Support the team with various day-to-day program oversight activities, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in business from four-year College or University
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
Strong knowledge of data, data structures, data controls, and data normalization efforts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and meeting deadlines
