Quality Delivery Lead

Responsibilities
Technical Expertise - Analyze test results, troubleshoot testing failures, and recommend corrective action to ensure existing functionality meets or exceeds established metrics and benchmarks. Create knowledge base of testing best practices, procedures, and tools for achieving quality initiatives. Oversee processes related to compatibility testing, smoke testing, regression testing, functional & non-functional testing, and user acceptance testing
Communication & Stakeholder Management - Coordinate the development, modification, support, execution and automation of software test plans and scripts. Act as a liaison between the client and the Quality Delivery team, making recommendations to client and management team to improve product and service support capabilities and report test results to key stakeholders
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making - Review and analyze business requirements acceptance criteria, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback on test execution for the application under test. Assists peers in identifying and resolving complex issues. Engage Manager of Quality and or Team Lead to identify future issues and resolve proactively. Provide recommendations on process and resource alignments
Adaptability - Adapt to the dynamic tools and methodologies that require Entrega to be a leader in the digital solutions space. This role will require an individual to be able to adapt to emerging technologies and incorporate them into their future work

In-depth knowledge with major browsers and their developer tools on various computing hardware and strategies for assuring applications function according to industry standards
In-depth knowledge of mobile operating systems and their use on mobile devices
