Responsibilities
Manage all day-to-day jobsite operations from groundbreaking to final punch
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Maintain project schedules and daily logs using BuilderTrend
Enforce jobsite safety standards and company SOPs
Ensure work is performed to plans, specs, and quality expectations
Conduct daily site walks and proactively resolve field issues
Communicate clearly with Project Managers regarding progress, delays, and changes
Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
Uphold company values and represent Supple Homes with professionalism
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of luxury residential superintendent experience in the Bay Area
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordination
Deep knowledge of California building codes and inspections
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
Experience using BuilderTrend or similar field management tools
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
