Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product, CRM, change management, and technical teams
Facilitate decision-making on implementation approach and manage vendor workshops
Oversee data mapping and CRM readiness for integration
Prepare and lead meetings, create executive-ready materials, and maintain status reporting
Ensure proper handling of sensitive data and document lessons learned for future phases

Required

5+ years of project management experience with CRM integrations and SaaS implementations
Strong understanding of data mapping, relational databases, and process flows
Proven ability to build project plans and manage cross-functional teams

Knowledge of change management and data privacy best practices
Proficiency with project management and CRM tools (e.g., MS Project, Salesforce/Dynamics)
