Daily on-site clinic support (Mon-Fri)
Opening clinics and ensuring systems come online
Login/sign in issues
Scanner and printer troubleshooting
Hands on hardware/software resolution
Support EMR and network replacement efforts
Provide professionalism, reliability, and onsite presence during clinic hours

Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided
Coverage for these roles will span Orlando and Tampa, with Tampa being the primary need

Preferred

Prior field technician experience strongly preferred
Ideal home-base locations: Kissimmee, Plant City, Davenport (central to both regions)
Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Some weekend work may be required
