Responsibilities
Manage executive priorities, schedule, and communications to maximize leadership effectiveness
Create and maintain leader dashboards to track key performance indicators and business metrics
Prepare and review materials for meetings, leadership reviews, and stakeholder presentations
Lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and needs
Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics
Identify potential risks and dependencies, creating mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Implement project management methodologies and best practices appropriate to organizational needs
Track project progress, manage scope changes, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline processes
Establish and maintain documentation for key workflows and procedures
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to break down silos and promote collaboration
Facilitate effective meetings with clear agendas, action items, and follow-up protocols
Create communication channels that ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
