Responsibilities
Partner with aligned technology teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions using Loan IQ
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business and transaction needs
Participate in all aspects of the product lifecycle, including testing vendor upgrades and patches, managing defects, and understanding new functionality
Provide functional support to Deal Management Teams for day-to-day system use
Liaise with finance and data teams to ensure downstream records are accurate
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a financial services or technology role
Knowledge of Loan IQ and commercial lending
Proficiency in SQL with a good foundation in database concepts
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex concepts
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
