Responsibilities

Own, manage, and optimize Asana across teams and departments
Build and maintain Asana projects, templates, dashboards, and portfolios
Create and manage Asana Rules, automation workflows, and integrations
Improve project visibility through reporting and process mapping
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows
Audit current Asana usage and recommend enhancements
Train and support internal teams on Asana best practices
Support program managers and team leads in project execution
Drive consistency across Asana workspace structures, naming standards, and reporting

Required

4–5+ years of hands-on Asana experience (primary tool, not occasional use)
Experience building automation, workflows, rules, and integrations in Asana
Strong understanding of project coordination or program management
Ability to translate business needs into efficient Asana processes
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and fast-moving projects
Excellent communication and documentation skills
US Citizens only (requirement)

Preferred

Experience supporting operations, PMO, marketing ops, creative ops, or GTM teams
Background in project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban)
Ability to train teams and build internal documentation
Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Workato, Make.com, or similar automation tools
