Field Technician

K-Designers is a recognized Home Remodeling Leader, and they are seeking a Field Technician responsible for managing and coordinating field operations. The role involves supervising field staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards while maintaining project quality and timelines.

Responsibilities

Measure project and conduct Pre-Site Inspection
Supervise operations on-site, ensuring tasks are completed as per project plans and specifications
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track
Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
Inspect work quality to ensure it meets company standards and project requirements
Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality checks, and project progress
Ensure that all field operations adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular safety audits and enforce proper use of safety equipment and practices
Report and investigate any safety incidents or near misses
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on-site
Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and any issues encountered
Address client concerns and ensure their requirements are met
Complete service repairs where necessary or as directed
Maintain detailed records of field activities, including progress reports, incident reports, and daily logs
Prepare and submit regular reports to project managers and other relevant stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of all project-related activities and communications
