Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for mixed signal products, including product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and guide product development
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and applications teams to define product features and ensure alignment with market needs
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market demands
Create technical marketing collateral such as articles, videos, presentations, and white papers
Support sales teams with technical expertise during customer engagements, product launches, and training sessions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote mixed signal solutions
Gather and analyze feedback from customers and field teams to drive continuous improvement in the customer adoption process
Monitor product performance and market adoption, providing regular reports and recommendations to management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or applications engineering for mixed signal or semiconductor products
Strong understanding of mixed signal design, applications, and market trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proven track record of successful product launches and market development
Experience developing and managing product roadmaps
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, industry events, and training
