The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for delivering the iPaaS and semantic data layer, including defining onboarding processes and core platform features that enable customers to connect data and activate governed outputs.

Responsibilities

Own roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for the ServeAI iPaaS + semantic data layer features - Connect Sources → Map to Ontology → Generate Semantic Contract → Configure Alerts → Configure Agent Tools

Productize ingestion patterns :

First-party connectors to common operational systems (POS/labor/reservations)

Bring-your-own-data onboarding (CSV and/or API spec-based ingestion)

Mapping + ontology experience :

Assisted mapping suggestions, confidence scoring, approvals, and extensions

Clear governance workflows for schema/meaning changes (versioning, review, auditability)

Alert primitives (threshold / trend / baseline / anomaly) and a shippable alert builder

Agent builder :

Tool catalog over governed datasets

Guardrails, permissions, read-only defaults, and optional gated actions where appropriate

Partner with engineering to spec:

APIs, semantic contracts, RBAC/permissions, audit logs, and approval workflows

Data model expectations and system boundaries (control-plane vs insight/data plane)

Establish a product quality bar:

Edge cases, reliability, permissions, observability, and operational readiness

Lead customer discovery and design partnerships with:

Developers, data teams, operators, and enterprise stakeholders

Translate insights into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans
