Receive and handle a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers as well as sales representatives
Process and enter a high volume of purchase orders/Data Entry from customers into the Windows based database
Process and issue a high volume of price quotations to customers
Help customers with basic product technical support over the phone
Answer inquiries concerning product capabilities and specifications
Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone or email
Proactively make outbound calls for information gathering from potential customers
