Interact with customers and contractors as well as overseeing all warehouse operations and creating a professional warehouse environment
Hire, train, conduct performance appraisals and develop associates and supervisors
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Meet business metrics in a continuous-improvement environment
Maintain a consistently professional appearance and demeanor
Collaborative, team-oriented leadership approach
Analytical, critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent business experience
Three years in leading and developing warehouse teams, inventory and facilities management experience
Coaching and training experience
Work a Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
