Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the IER module and lead efforts to build customized integrations based on business requirements
Lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of functionalities related to legal holds and data purge
Provide QA support, including triage and issue resolution, to ensure timely, high-quality fixes for any defects raised
Cross-skill the team on IER capabilities and foster knowledge sharing
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, procedures, infrastructure details, and implementation guidelines
Qualification
Required
