Responsibilities

Maintain and update project schedules to ensure timely execution of key deliverables

Track milestones and deadlines, providing regular status updates

Collaborate with team leads to manage resources and priorities

Organize and maintain all program-related documentation, including project plans, technical documents, reports, and meeting minutes

Identify potential risks and maintain a risk log

Work with project leads to develop mitigation strategies and track the resolution of key issues

Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any potential delays

Facilitate communication across teams and disciplines, and ensure stakeholders are informed

Schedule and organize project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables

Ensure all external partners, vendors, and internal teams adhere to program schedules and documentation requirements

Assist in tracking the budget and expediting the procurement process
