Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic finance partner to commercial leadership, delivering insight on revenue trends, customer performance, contract economics, and margin drivers
Support financial analysis for contracts, bids, and commercial initiatives to ensure alignment with financial objectives and value creation goals
Analyze sales performance, volume/mix trends, backlog, and market dynamics to support growth and decision making
Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate go-to-market strategies and commercial performance
Lead commercial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in coordination with the VP of Finance
Develop financial models for revenue planning, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; clearly communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Build dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics using large datasets to support commercial stakeholders
Collaborate with BI and IT teams to improve data quality, automation, and reporting scalability
Prepare executive-level KPIs, financial summaries, and presentations for leadership and investor-related reviews

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance
Strong command of revenue drivers, commercial KPIs, margin analysis, and building financial models to support data-driven decision-making
Experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying and analysis tools
Working knowledge of SAP or a comparable ERP system
Solid understanding of financial statements, business modeling, and investment valuation techniques
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to executive stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
