Responsibilities

Gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Support retail and merchandising applications, including item setup, pricing, inventory, and related systems
Utilize ticketing systems like (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, etc.) for issue tracking and analysis
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
Participate in user acceptance testing, release validation, and process documentation

Qualification

Required

Past experience in service desk, help desk, or system/network support roles
Experience with ticketing systems and requirements gathering
