Responsibilities

Schedules all specifications and provisioning rates into packets to ensure proper catering operations
Interacts with Menu Planers, Product Managers and Commodity Managers to develop best scheduling practices for products and services (Food, Beverage, Liquor, Catering Equipment, Menus, etc.)
Serves as a liaison with the Chief Pilots / Caterers when exception Pilot meals are added to flights
Sets up each catering facility access to the consolidated food and service schedule report
Maintains entrée provisioning rate tables for caterers
Ability to travel as necessary

Required

High School diploma or GED Equivalency
Ability to interact with other work groups, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Ability to multi-task with strong organization skills and issue resolution
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong time management skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Access

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Knowledge of planning and operations systems
1 year of systems project management experience
