Responsibilities
Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
Development oversight and standards adherence: provide Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
Systems development and support. Create Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
Best practices design and development. Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and Architects
Project planning and estimation. Collaborate with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others to ensure delivery of the project
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Expertise in design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled software, applications, products, and services
Technical leadership for implementation of data integration projects
Ability to ensure solutions align with customer's functional and non-functional requirements
Knowledge of best practices, architecture guidelines, and security and compliance regulations
Oversight of day-to-day software development aspects
Ability to learn the full duties of the Development team
Collaboration with PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams
Ability to drive Development components of Agile scrum teams
Ability to clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams
Design and implementation of applications, data integrations, and technology solutions
Development oversight and standards adherence
Technical guidance and mentoring to Developers, Sr. Developers, and Technical Leads
Creation of Design & Technical Specs from Business requirement specifications
Participation in code reviews and collaboration with fellow developers and Architects
