Responsibilities
Understands different system functionalities and dependencies
Learns and applies WTW best practices, standards, and tools
Performs system configuration based on the requirements
Executes test plans for system functionalities using WTW standard tools
Creates test plans based on requirements and standards by partnering with senior business analysts
Partners with team to perform root cause analysis for issues/cases
Writes queries using SQL and analyze results to reduce rework
Follows the System Development Lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources management, benefits administration, Health Policy Administration or related area
Must have a GPA of 3.0 and higher
Beginner to Intermediate SQL skills
Experience with the test plan creation, testing procedures, and test plan execution
Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates flexibility, accountability, and ability to deliver multiple projects with quality and excellence
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Able to work legally in the United States indefinitely and without Visa sponsorship
Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree between May 2025 through May 2026
