Responsibilities

Strong understanding of observability concepts, including metrics, logs, traces, and end-to-end application performance monitoring using Dynatrace

Hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing Dynatrace OneAgent across On-Prem, IaaS, and PaaS environments

Proven ability to traverse and troubleshoot distributed traces, identify performance bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis

Experience with Dynatrace SaaS migration, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation

Solid Kubernetes knowledge with hands-on experience monitoring containerized workloads using Dynatrace

Good understanding of public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP, with familiarity in managed services and cloud portals/UI

Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management

Strong working knowledge of Linux environments, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support

Exposure to and working experience with Mainframe environments, supporting enterprise-scale monitoring and operations
