Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and support GAAP financial statement preparation
Deliver reporting packages and monthly financials aligned with PE expectations
Coordinate audits and work with third parties for year-end tax filings
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting policies and procedures
Identify process improvements to support scalability and efficiency
Support acquisitions including diligence and post-close integration
Partner with multi-site teams to standardize accounting practices and ensure consistency
Support NetSuite usage and enhancements, including training and ongoing financial reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
6–9+ years of progressive accounting experience
Healthcare experience required, ideally within multi-location/provider-based settings
NetSuite experience required (implementation experience a plus)
Preferred
Experience within a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred
Experience with cash-to-accrual conversions and revenue recognition preferred
