Vendor, Administrative Coordinator
PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. The primary mission of this role is to provide materials support at external heavy maintenance providers, ensuring required materials are available on-site in a timely manner and coordinating with various technical operation departments to address material constraints.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with heavy maintenance providers to address material and tooling requirements
Provide updates to Maintenance on material status for each aircraft, including mitigation efforts to address any shortages
Oversee the flow of unserviceable parts to ensure they are shipped promptly to designated repair shops
Monitor the return of unused material to designated stations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
3 years of experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Planning environment
Ability to navigate and work with web-based systems
Ability to read, interpret, and extract part information from technical documentation such as IPC, Work Cards, and Component Repair Manuals
Understanding of current Maintenance processes, including MEL and Deferral processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be able to work in stressful situations during peak operations
Preferred
3 years of experience in an Aircraft Operational environment
