Responsibilities

Lead and support Property Operations teams to drive performance, operational efficiency, and financial success across assigned communities

Ensure all communities meet leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals while upholding company standards and compliance requirements

Oversee budget creation, financial reporting, and expense management to maximize profitability and ensure fiscal responsibility

Collaborate with the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) to optimize service delivery through the Customer Dedicated Service Provider model

Partner with the RMM to implement and manage the Neighborhood Program, ensuring cost-effective maintenance solutions for communities

Foster a culture of accountability, development, and engagement among Community Managers, ensuring strong leadership at every site
