Nimble is seeking a highly organized Lead Project Manager to orchestrate the high-volume production of creative assets for their e-commerce and brand divisions. This role involves managing the workflow for concurrent product launches, ensuring effective resource allocation and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily production schedule for a cross-functional team of designers, copywriters, and digital artists. Manage the queue to ensure all SKUs are progressing on track

Monitor team bandwidth and assign tasks based on priority and skill set. specific focus on balancing workload across multiple production units

Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset creation, file naming conventions, and quality assurance to minimize errors and rework

Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to build launch timelines and hold the team accountable to key milestones

Serve as the primary liaison between the Creative team and other departments (Supply Chain, Brand, Growth) to ensure all necessary inputs (CAD files, product specs) are received on time

Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring final deliverables are correctly formatted and accessible for upload
