Service Desk Analyst
Pinnacle Technology is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to support users across multiple buildings in Los Angeles. The role involves assisting with technical support procedures, deploying and configuring computers, and troubleshooting issues for end-users.
Responsibilities
Candidates must have excellent communications skills and the following tasks:
Proficient in Windows and MacOS
Assist in documenting technical support procedures and maintain CMDB
Deploy and configure Windows and MacOS computers to end-user
Assist and troubleshoot with end-users as needed
Install and configure printers and IoT on computers
Qualification
