This leadership role combines technical expertise with strong business partnership, overseeing ERP, CRM, and related systems while establishing scalable, secure, and high-quality software development practices.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software developers and analysts
Partner closely with business leaders, IT leadership, and third-party vendors to define application strategies and roadmaps
Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of ERP, CRM, and custom business applications
Establish, document, and enforce SDLC standards and development best practices to ensure security, quality, and performance
Drive application modernization initiatives, system integrations, and reduction of technical debt
Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting current operations and future growth
Prioritize initiatives and allocate development resources based on business impact and strategic objectives
Manage budgets, timelines, and delivery expectations for application development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of progressive software development experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success leading custom application development teams, particularly ERP and CRM platforms
Strong understanding of modern development methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise system integrations
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in distribution, supply chain, logistics, or related industries
