Responsibilities

Build and evolve sales dashboards and performance reporting that drive action

Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends across customers and categories

Partner with Revenue Growth and Category teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, and profitability

Translate data into compelling, customer-ready sales stories and materials

Improve data accuracy, workflows, and reporting processes through continuous improvement and automation

Support key commercial initiatives such as new product launches, pricing changes, and annual planning

Use internal (e.g., BEX, SAP) and external data sources like (e.g. Stratum, Market6, and Circana) to provide inputs that inform business planning and execution

Drive continuous process improvement—helping streamline workflows, improve reporting templates, and reduce challenges for customer execution

Maintains a pulse on market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to support proactive recommendations

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in a sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial support role ideally within the CPG, Retail or Food Industry

Experience working with syndicated data tools, and customer-facing portals, BEX experience a plus

Previous experience turning complex data into clear business narratives

Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and MS Office
