CRM and Analytics Coordinator - Sales & Marketing (Full Time)

Sea Island Company is looking for a CRM and Analytics Coordinator to support their Marketing Department. The role involves managing guest database functions, executing email marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.

Travel

Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and optimization of guest database and email communications
Manage the daily functions of database accuracy, guest/prospect segmentation, marketing analysis, guest satisfaction survey analysis and communication, marketing emails, transactional emails, and automated emails
Assist in enhancing CRM processes, execute email marketing campaigns, and provide insights that optimize guest engagement across the entire lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with privacy and email regulations, and support strategic planning through analytics, testing, and reporting
Ensure clean, accurate data and use it to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications
Shape how guests experience the resort long before they arrive through thoughtful segmentation, effective email journeys, and tailored marketing touchpoints
Use data-driven insights to improve the resort’s ability to anticipate guest needs, reduce friction during booking, and enhance satisfaction through targeted offers and information
Collaborate on guest surveys and continuous optimization to ensure the voice of the guest informs future improvements
Maintain data accuracy, improve CRM functionality, and deliver targeted communications to help convert prospects into guests, increase loyalty, and support business growth
Uphold and ensure compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, appearance
Follow and ensure all Sea Island safety protocols are consistently met
Maintain situational awareness of surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately
Build and work in concert with vertical departments to help resolve any issues that arise in a timely and positive way, following up as needed
Partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure program details are accurate and promoted effectively
Be proactive in aiding when needed and be willing to help with other areas or duties as requested
Timely execute other duties as delegated by leadership

Required
