TYR Sport is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused ERP Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives that support the company's growth across various operations. This role is responsible for the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and enhancements while coordinating a complex ecosystem of e-commerce, SaaS, finance, inventory, and logistics platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Own multi-workstream project plans spanning ERP, e-commerce, finance, inventory, logistics, and reporting
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations
Track and communicate project status using structured reporting (RAG status, timelines, risks, mitigation plans)
Manage scope, budget, and delivery commitments across internal teams and external partners
Partner closely with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Customer Service
Ensure ERP configuration aligns with real-world workflows (OTB, landed cost, inventory movement)
Facilitate decision-making forums, stakeholder reviews, and executive updates
Oversee integrations between D365 BC and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), middleware tools, 3PLs, and payment systems
Coordinate with vendors and internal technical resources to ensure reliable data flows
Support data migration, validation, testing cycles, and cutover planning
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption
Coordinate training, documentation, UAT, and post-go-live support
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting visibility

Required

Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
Strong understanding of ERP-to-e-commerce integrations
Excellent project planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
5+ years of project management experience; 3+ years focused on ERP or enterprise systems
Experience with SaaS integrations and middleware tools

Preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
Experience in consumer goods, apparel, footwear, or manufacturing environments
