Responsibilities
Managed Threat Support Actively contribute to the program by ensuring adherence to best practices and responding promptly to customer requests for rule additions, feature modifications, policy updates, routing changes, etc
Incident Management Assist in handling customer escalations, monitor and triage support cases within defined service level objectives (SLOs), and collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
Operational Oversight Perform daily monitoring of email security infrastructure, support primary engineers by accurately following program runbooks, and collaborate with team members to resolve customer requests and initiatives
Qualification
Required
Expert technical support for Proofpoint email security solutions
Operational oversight for Managed Threat Protection Services (MTPS) customers
Actively contribute to the program by ensuring adherence to best practices
Respond promptly to customer requests for rule additions, feature modifications, policy updates, routing changes, etc
Assist in handling customer escalations
Monitor and triage support cases within defined service level objectives (SLOs)
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently
Perform daily monitoring of email security infrastructure
Support primary engineers by accurately following program runbooks
Collaborate with team members to resolve customer requests and initiatives
