The role involves conducting in-home consultations, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for flooring replacement projects.
Responsibilities
Run our TV-driven "Golden Leads," which deliver a 60% close rate
Perform in-home estimates and measurements
Focus on closing the sale while leaving the rest to the Express Team
Appointments are scheduled for you, no cold calling!
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Self-motivation is key, as you will be responsible for managing your own schedules and goals, ensuring productivity and success in meeting targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work weekend and evening appointments
Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach waist level, and climb stairs
Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and place them on raised surfaces
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
