Responsibilities
Daily application of customer payments
Weekly review and maintenance of AR aging
Customer follow-ups on outstanding invoices
Tracking disputes, short-pays, and credits
Maintaining clear notes on customer accounts
Monthly AR reconciliation to the general ledger
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Accurate posting of 2026 transactions
Monthly close by established deadlines
Maintaining documentation for all entries
Enforcing posting rules and internal controls
Weekly AR summaries for leadership
Monthly close confirmation and variance notes
Clear escalation of collection risks or anomalies
Qualification
Required
Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Accounts Receivable ownership experience
Experience in inventory-based businesses
Comfortable working fully in-office
High attention to detail and documentation
Ability to follow structured accounting rules
Preferred
Hospitality, B2B distribution, or manufacturing
High-volume invoicing and payment application
Experience working with external inventory systems
