Responsibilities

Develops project plans to meet prescribed objectives

Identifies and implements solutions resolving issues to maintain timelines and achieve agreed upon deliverables

Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management

Gathers and disseminates information

Coordinates activities and resources for assigned projects

Monitors risk factors, issues, actions items and progress

Prepares reports for management

Participates in project meetings; follows up on deliverables, coordinating potential issues, documenting policies, procedures and communications for the project

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent - Required

5+ Years Managing technical projects - Required

Proven ability to motivate teams and drive a common goal

Proven track record of successful technical project delivery

Strong project management and quality assurance skills

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Ability to communicate and work effectively with other team members across the Bank

Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector

Preferred

PMP: Project Management Professional - Preferred

CSM: Scrum Master certification - Preferred

Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education

Experience in Microsoft Office products
