The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and develop excellence in teaching and engagement aligned with the School’s mission.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in areas related to aerospace engineering
Develop excellence within one or more mission areas aligned with the School’s mission (e.g., teaching, engagement, complementary scholarship) based on their previous professional practice

Qualification

Aerospace EngineeringAdvanced Degree (MS/Ph.D.)Professional ExperienceTeaching SkillsEngagement/Scholarship Planning

Required

Must hold an advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in aerospace engineering or a closely-related discipline by employment start date
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience that supports AAE's education, research, and engagement/outreach programs
Ability to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in areas related to aerospace engineering
Experience in hybrid and fully-online instruction
Candidates should explain how they will develop an area of excellence in their engagement/scholarship plan
