Responsibilities
Overseeing the operations at the job site, including workforce management, safety, quality control, and coordination with other crews
Reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
Estimating and ordering the required materials for the project
Ensuring all safety protocols are followed on the job site
Inspecting the quality of work and materials
Planning and scheduling the phases of the construction projects
Communicating project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers
Maintaining equipment and machinery, arranging for repairs when necessary
Qualification
Required
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent work experience
Prior experience with ground up multifamily projects
3+ years of commercial construction experience
Valid Driver's License
Willingness and ability to travel
