Office Coordinator - Environmental Services - Branson
CoxHealth is a leading healthcare system serving 25 counties across Southwest Missouri and Northern Arkansas. They are seeking an Office Coordinator for the Environmental Services Department, responsible for leading clerical operations and assisting the Administrative Director with various tasks.

Responsibilities
Has responsibility/accountability for leading the clerical operations of the Environmental Services Department
Under general supervision of the Administrative Director; plans, directs, implements, and supervises the office
There is special emphasis and anticipating, avoiding and correcting problems as well as providing and direction training and leadership to employees
This role will assist the Administrative Director with research and special projects
Also has extensive knowledge of all office functions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year customer service experience
Proficient in spreadsheet and typing skills
Able to multitask and communicate effectively, clearly and with tact
Excellent telephone skills
Preferred
1 year of experience in an office setting
Prefer knowledge of software specific to job
