Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, routing, and shipping to meet service and fulfillment targets
Manage customer service functions related to order status, shipments, inventory discrepancies, damages, and escalations
Serve as the primary liaison for the 3PL partner, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational standards
Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Care teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Conduct and support regular facility walkthroughs to ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, safe, and fully operational
Manage staffing levels, schedules, and labor planning to meet operational demand
Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence on the warehouse floor

Required

3+ years of experience managing operations in a 3PL warehouse environment with teams of 10 or more employees
Proven experience in warehouse operations, customer service, facilities, or logistics management
Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems, warehouse processes, building systems, and safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools

Preferred

Prior people management and vendor management experience strongly preferred
Fluency in Spanish preferred
