Support Directors on the Last Mile team
Manage multiple complex calendars
Plan and organize events of all sizes
Coordinate domestic and international travel

Superior attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple requests

Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Managing multiple complex calendars
Planning and organizing events of all sizes

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
