Responsibilities

Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of Azure and M365 environments for external clients

Execute day-to-day systems and cloud administration tasks, following established architectures, standards, and best practices

Work alongside senior engineers and architects to deliver project work, operational improvements, and client initiatives

Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating complex or unfamiliar challenges appropriately

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of system documentation and diagrams under the guidance of senior team members

Engage directly with clients to understand technical requirements, provide updates, and support successful project outcomes

Assist with proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of production systems to ensure reliability and performance

Support project delivery by completing assigned tasks on time and communicating progress, risks, or dependencies

Continue developing technical depth and consulting skills through hands-on experience, mentoring, and ongoing learning

Required

Strong in Microsoft Cloud Identity (Entra ID) and M365 Services (Exchange and Intune especially)

Scripting experience using PowerShell

Experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting, managed services, or similar service-oriented environment

Hands-on experience administering cloud and infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, identity services, backups, and virtualization platforms

Working knowledge of system monitoring, performance troubleshooting, and incident response practices

Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with teammates and senior engineers

Comfortable working in a remote environment, with the ability to manage time effectively and communicate clearly

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and follow structured troubleshooting approaches

Solid written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, project managers, and internal teams

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment

Genuine interest in cloud technologies and a strong desire to continue building expertise

Experience administering M365 services, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams

Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including compute, storage, networking, and identity

Familiarity with infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred)

Experience with enterprise infrastructure fundamentals, including operating systems, backup and recovery, monitoring tools, Active Directory, and virtualization

Must Haves: We want someone who is eager to grow and aggressively pursue new skills

Strong preference for consulting experience or at least having worked in an environment managing multiple tenants and having switch between environments

Certifications: At least two certifications from the following list: Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Architect Expert, Azure Security Engineer Associate
