Responsibilities
Adapt and crop supplied imagery into multiple content tile formats based on detailed brand and platform requirements
Ensure strict adherence to creative guidelines (e.g., logo placement, safe zones, talent framing, and cropping rules such as never cutting off faces)
Produce animated tiles using After Effects, including fade-in and fade-out sequencing and basic motion treatments
Quality-check all assets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance before delivery
Upload finalized assets into a content management system (CMS) following established workflows and naming conventions
Manage multiple asset versions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under tight timelines
Collaborate with internal teams and marketing partners to resolve asset issues or clarify requirements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Production Designer, Creative Production Designer, or similar role
Direct experience working with streaming platforms or major consumer brands, particularly in tile-based or modular content systems
Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with experience creating simple, clean animations for digital assets
Expert-level skills in image cropping, layout precision, and visual QA
Comfort working from detailed creative specs and technical requirements
Experience uploading and managing assets within a CMS or DAM system
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote freelance environment
Preferred
Experience supporting large-scale cultural moments or tentpole events (e.g., sports, entertainment, live events)
Familiarity with motion standards for streaming UIs or digital storefronts
Ability to handle high-volume production without sacrificing quality
