This internship provides hands-on, real-world experience in the construction industry, focusing on commercial roofing estimating, bid preparation, and cost analysis while collaborating with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
Assist the estimating team with quantity takeoffs from construction drawings
Help develop pricing for materials, labor, and subcontractors
Support bid preparation and proposal documentation
Organize and maintain estimating files and cost data
Collaborate with estimating, sales, and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (estimating software experience is a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work as part of a team
