Responsibilities
Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Oversee general ledger activities, including entries, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Prepare monthly client invoices based on key revenue drivers and pass‑through expenses
Review, approve, and sync credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements
Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, including updates for additions, disposals, and depreciation
Work with external auditors by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to financial reporting
Support other tasks and duties as needed to ensure smooth finance operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting
3-5 years' experience in accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Highly motivated and detail-oriented
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary
Ability to meet established deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Proficient with Sage Intacct, Ramp, ADP software a plus
