Responsibilities
Facilitate and lead the team through all agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint demos, and planning sessions
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum practices, instill an inspect & adapt culture, and proactively remove impediments to team agility
Manage team workload and negotiate priorities with managers or Product Management as needed
Oversee dependencies across other Agile teams and collaborate with other scrum masters and Program Manager/RTE
Own the Jira project for the team, managing all issues and utilizing metrics to assess team health and identify improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development setting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Must hold PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
